Management and technical support
The setting up of a network system can no longer be considered as the end of the line: the infrastructure and related technologies need to be constantly maintained in order to guarantee their performances.
Our know-how allows Tecno World to take over any network infrastructures or IT and video-surveillance systems as “System Administrator”.
Without an official nomination (which becomes a real system management contract) Tecno World will provide only on demand support, just in case of a specific request done by the end user.

Il pacchetto ticket è in abbinamento al contratto di assistenza: ogni ticket è usufruibile per gli interventi in teleassistenza e in loco ed ha una durata di 15 minuti.
