Systems design

Network infrastructure design or upgrading on the existing infrastructure

In many cases, before proceeding with the extension of the existing network, of the video-surveillance installation, of the IP communication system or other, it is necessary to adapt the already existing infrastructure, in terms of law regulation and needs.

The network planning should not avoid any single infrastructure component:

  • the building (technical rooms, conduits, excavations, access points, antennas, etc.)
  • electrical and network system (power, redundancy, topology - at least in the rooms addressed to network equipment)

Project feasibility

Once the infrastructure has been adapted according to the new goals, Tecno World is able to design the extension desired by the customer.

The system design is made step by step. Each step will be differently approached, depending on the project complexity and size, and on the vertical sector the end user is addressing to.

According to the specific customer needs, different technically possible solutions will be taken into consideration, thus selecting the most suitable and economically sustainable solution for the target achievement.

Drowning of the handbook

After the system analysis, Tecno World will provide the handbook to the customer, a sort of "identity card" that details all the system and the network infrastructure components.

The system "identity card" will be done of:

  • the general plant topology, with the components detailed list
  • the general network topology
  • the passwords and the IP addresses register 
  • the expiration date of the firmware licensing (in order to maintain the compliance of the system with the latest regulations).
